Common Draft Terms of Merger

Notice of Merger:

Hazelwood Demesne Limited (trading as Lough Gill Distillery) shall merge with and be absorbed by its parent company Sazerac of Ireland Unlimited Company pursuant to the terms of the following Common Draft Terms of Merger
